Can not Ping, RDP, and internet access  from all pcs and servers behind Forefront TMG

Dear All,

I newbie with TMG/ISA. My company have one  Forefront TMG (virtual machine). Currently, i have problem which all PC and server can not ping , can not access to internet, can not send email to external (using Exhange server), can not remote desktop (all internal network/LAN) to TMG server. But i can ping to all internal networks and can browsing to internet from TMG server.

The TMG server already running well since 2013. The problem just occur since April 13th. What is caused this problem? And how to solve it?

Hi,

Please check all the rules to see if any settings are changed. You could also check TMG logging to find more information.

Hi Joyce,

All the rule are ok. Today, i just moved the TMG virtual mchine to new hyper-v server and install the hot fix for hyper-v, the result was i can ping, RDP, access to internet, and send email to external network (such as to gmail). But, incoming email from external network still not succeed, even i sent email from email client my Android smartphone. Any clue why?

Have you checked the TMG logging? Any error?
